Registration is open for The Woodlands Arts Council’s Fast Draw competition

THE WOODLANDS, TX – Seventh and eighth grade students from throughout The Woodlands area are invited to register for and participate in The Woodlands Arts Council’s annual Fast Draw competition event.

This free registration is required to participate in Fast Draw, which is occurring on Saturday, October 18, from 9:30 a.m. until 12 noon at The Woodlands Mall in the Nordstrom Courtyard. As of this writing, there are currently 30 spots open for 7th - 8th grade students in The Woodlands & Montgomery County.

In the competition, students are given drawing materials and will have 50 minutes to complete a still life as they work against the clock. Prizes will be given to the first, second, and third place winners with gift cards in the amounts of $100, $75, and $50 respectively.
