SHENANDOAH, TX -- The City of Shenandoah has announced that construction begins today, October 20, on a project to expand parking at the City Park. The project will add 25 new parking spaces, bringing the total to 52 parking spaces once complete.
The estimated total cost of construction is $235,641.00.
The work is expected to take about 45 calendar days, weather permitting. During this time, parking at the City Park will be limited or unavailable. Additional parking will be available at the pool parking lot.
Please use caution in the area and follow all posted construction signage. The City appreciates your patience as it works to improve parking at the City Park.
