Three Arrested After Robbery and Organized Retail Theft at Bath & Body Works in New Caney, Texas

NEW CANEY, TX -- The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested three individuals following an organized retail theft and robbery that occurred at a local business last week.
On Friday, October 17, 2025, at approximately 10:45 AM, MCSO Deputies were dispatched to the Bath and Body Works located at 21559 Market Place Boulevard in New Caney, Texas, in response to a reported robbery.
During the investigation, it was determined that two suspects entered the store and began to take and conceal merchandise. As both suspect fled the store, they assaulted the customer and stole her cell phone.
A customer immediately called 911, providing deputies with a detailed description of the suspects and their vehicle. While responding to the initial call, MCSO Deputies located the suspect vehicle traveling on the 99 East Bound Feeder Road. Deputies successfully conducted a traffic stop and detained all occupants.
The two suspects were identified as 24-year-old Julian Broussard, and 27-year-old Aerial Warren, who were both charged with Robbery. A third occupant of the vehicle, 27-year-old Marlon Adeyemi, was also arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. All three suspects reside in Houston, TX.
The stolen cell phone and approximately $1,300 in merchandise were recovered and returned to the store and victim.
