From a Friend’s Memorial to Fundraising Event: The Super C Foundation Hosts 2025 Collin Campbell Memorial Tournament
HOUSTON, TX -- An annual golf tournament that began just as a way for close friends and family to get together to remember Collin Conley Campbell soon turned into something bigger. The Super C Foundation, an organization raising funds to support worthy causes that are representative of Collin Conley Campbell’s life, hosted the 2025 Collin Campbell Memorial Tournament Fundraiser at the Woodlands Country Club and raised funds for Turning Point USA.
Born in Corpus Christi, Texas, on Feb. 23, 1989, Collin Conley Campbell, known affectionately as “Super C,” passed at the age of 27 while competing in a triathlon on September 11, 2016. At the time, he was one month out from competing in his first Ironman in Wilmington, N.C.
“Collin had this rare ability to make everyone around him feel like they were his best friend,” said Luke Kosa, board member of the Super C Foundation. “Nine years later, we look forward to gathering, not out of habit, but because his energy, laughter and love for life left a mark on all of us. The Super C Foundation is our way of keeping that joy alive, trying to do some good while celebrating the guy who made literally everything more fun.”
Bobbie Anderson, chief operating officer and founding partner at Serae Wealth, an independent wealth management firm and key sponsor of the event, added, “Collin was one of my closest friends, and his energy, humor and heart left an impact on everyone who knew him. Supporting the Super C Foundation is deeply personal for me and a reminder of the kind of legacy we all hope to leave behind. Collin had a way of bringing people together and making life better just by being in it, and I’m grateful to help carry that forward.”
