Human Trafficking Crackdown in The Woodlands: Pct. 3 Constable’s Office Completes Operation Bombshell
THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Montgomery County Pct. 3 Constable’s Office announces the successful completion of Operation Bombshell, a human trafficking and child exploitation enforcement initiative led by Constable Ryan Gable’s Human Trafficking and Child Exploitation Unit. Conducted throughout November 2025 at three undisclosed locations within The Woodlands, the operation focused on identifying individuals seeking to exploit victims—particularly minors—for commercial sexual activity. The specific locations remain confidential to protect the integrity of future operations.
During the course of the operation, detectives made multiple arrests to include:
• Bradley Ambani for Solicitation of Prostitution
• Eliezer Fuentes for Solicitation of Prostitution
• Romie Phelps for Solicitation of Prostitution
• Manuel Corondado for Online Solicitaion of a Minor
• Ruben Hernandez for Online Solicitation of a Minor
• Jaden Charles Walterrian for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon (Warrant)
• Julie Lubbock for DWI (2nd Offense)
In addition to the arrests, detectives successfully recovered two victims of human trafficking, ensuring they were provided with services and support for their safe recovery.
