Montgomery County Man Arrested After Burglary in Progress; Linked to 3 Additional Cases

MONTGOMERY, TX -- On November 18th, 2025, Montgomery County Sheriff's Office deputies were dispatched to a burglary in progress call at a business located in the 13000 block of Forest Lane, Montgomery, Texas.

Upon arrival, deputies located Kenneth Leroy Stevens emerging from the back door. Stevens was detained, and several electronics were recovered from his vehicle. During the investigation, deputies also discovered Stevens was connected to other ongoing investigations by MCSO detectives.
Stevens was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was charged with Burglary of a Building.

Detectives continued their investigation and after interviewing Stevens, were able to link him to three additional burglary of a building (business) cases. More charges are expected.
