Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest for Evading and DWI in Shenandoah
SHENANDOAH, TX -- On the evening of December 23, 2025, at approximately 6:30 p.m., a patrol deputy with Constable Ryan Gable’s Office attempted to initiate a traffic stop on a silver Isuzu SUV for a traffic violation near IH-45 and Research Forest Drive in Shenandoah.
Patrol units were able to successfully stop the vehicle on the IH-45 service road near the Grand Parkway. The driver was detained, and following an on-scene investigation, the driver was identified as Carlos Calle-Sacta of Houston.
As a result of the investigation, Calle-Sacta was arrested and charged with Evading Arrest/Detention and Driving While Intoxicated (DWI). The vehicle was subsequently towed from the scene.
Calle-Sacta was transported to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Jail for booking.
