THE WOODLANDS, TX -- As the clock struck midnight and the world ushered in 2026, a special kind of magic unfolded within the walls of St. Luke's Health-The Woodlands Hospital.
We are pleased to welcome Myla Mae Chebret, the first baby of 2026 born at a St. Luke's Health hospital in Greater Houston. Arriving at 12:12 a.m. on January 1 at St. Luke's Health-The Woodlands Hospital, the baby girl weighed in at 5 pounds, 15 ounces and measured 19.5 inches long. Mom and dad, Chancy Johnson and Logan Chebret, are over the moon to welcome their first child.
Let's start 2026 together, celebrating the miracle of life!
