Join Crush Rush 5K and fall in Love with the Run

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Crush Rush 5K takes place on Saturday, February 14 at 8:00 a.m. at The Woodlands Waterway. Produced by The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Department, this Valentine’s Day favorite is a USA Track & Field (USATF) sanctioned event that combines fitness, fun and festive flair.

The chip-timed 5K features a scenic course along the full length of the Waterway, offering beautiful views and an energetic, upbeat atmosphere. Open to runners of all abilities and recommended for ages 10 and up, the Crush Rush 5K is the perfect way to celebrate Valentine’s Day — whether you’re running solo, with friends or alongside your sweetheart. Participants are encouraged to show their Valentine spirit by dressing in their best themed attire.

Registration is $35 and includes a finisher medal and participant packet. The event is capped and expected to sell out, and there will be no race-day registration, so early sign-up is strongly encouraged.

Free parking is available at the Town Center Parking Garage and Gold Lot at 2005 Lake Robbins Drive, with access to the start and finish line via the south-side pathway. Additional free parking is available in the green, orange, yellow, blue and white lots at 2002 Timberloch Place.

Packet pickup will be held on Thursday, February 12 and Friday, February 13, from noon until 6 p.m., at The Woodlands Township Town Hall, 2801 Technology Forest Blvd. Participants should follow posted signage and enter through the Board Chambers entrance.

Please note that a participant shirt is not included with registration but may be purchased for an additional $15 through January 19, 2026. Shirt quantities and sizes are limited. If inventory allows, shirts will be available for purchase at packet pickup for $20.
