Conroe ISD Educator Nominated for National LifeChanger of the Year Award
THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Woodlands High School ninth grade physical education (PE) teacher Ashley Davis has been nominated for National Life Group’s 2025-26 LifeChanger of the Year award. National Life Group’s LifeChanger of the Year recognizes and rewards the very best K-12 educators and school district employees across the United States who are making a difference in the lives of students by exemplifying excellence, positive influence, and leadership.
Davis was nominated by her colleague, Theresa Marquis.
Through her words, actions, and dedication, Davis inspires students, athletes, and colleagues to strive for excellence both on and off the court. Her commitment to building confidence, character, and resilience in others makes her a role model whose influence extends far beyond daily interactions.
Not only does she take charge of her class with passion and professionalism, but she also serves as a strong leader within the school, encouraging service, teamwork, and accountability. Davis’ impact at The Woodlands High School will be remembered for years to come.
“Davis is a LifeChanger because she has a positive effect on those she comes in contact with. She uses her platform as a coach to set a positive example of how an amazing person is supposed to not only take charge of a basketball program, but be a leader in the community,” said Marquis.
