MCSO SWAT Team Arrests Wanted Felony Fugitive Brittany Harp

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On January 28, 2026, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Operators, deputized as Task Force Officers with the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force, arrested wanted fugitive Brittany Lynn Harp.

Harp, 33 years-of-age, was arrested on a Felony Warrant for Injury to a Child/Elderly/Disabled out of Montgomery County.

Harp was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office commends the professionalism and precision of its SWAT Operators for safely bringing this individual into custody.
