MCSO SWAT Team Arrests Wanted Felony Fugitives, Including 3 Gang Members
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- This past week the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Operators, deputized as Task Force Officers with the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force, arrested wanted fugitives James Dylan Patton, Brandon Markeece Carter, Phillip Michael Raglin, Raul Fuentes Jr., Caner Donmez, Marco Valdez, and Justin Taylor.
Patton, 31-years-old, was arrested on a felony Parole Violation- Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon warrant. Patton is also a documented gang-member.
Carter, 44-years-old, was arrested on a felony warrant for Continuous Assault Family Violence and Burglary of a Habitation. Carter is also a documented gang member.
Raglin, 36-years-old was arrested on a Felon in Possession of a Firearm warrant. Raglin is also a documented gang member and has an extensive criminal history spanning more than a decade.
Fuentes, 21-years-old, was arrested on a felony warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Donmez, 43-years-old, was arrested on a felony warrant for Injury to Child.
Valdez, 38-years-old, was arrested on a felony warrant for Assault of a Pregnant Person.
Taylor, 23-years-old, was arrest on a felony warrant for Arson.
All were taken into custody without incident and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
