Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Operators Arrest Multiple Wanted Fugitives

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- This week, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Operators, deputized as Task Force Officers with the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force, successfully apprehended several wanted fugitives.

Among those arrested were 37-year-old Eduardo Fuertes Guzman, wanted for Stalking; 31-year-old Daytric Hadnot, wanted for Sexual Assault of a Child; 42-year-old Steven Luther, wanted for Assault Family Violence Strangulation; 55-year-old Athena Kalmus, wanted for Felony Order of Arrest; 50-year-old Klemencia Whitaker, wanted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon; 34-year-old Joseph Vivion, wanted for Possession of Child Pornography; and 30-year-old Daniel Lopez-Thompson, wanted for Felony Assault Family Violence.

All suspects were taken into custody without incident and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
