Montgomery County Narcotics Enforcement Team Seizes Drugs and Weapon Following Crime Stoppers Tip

WILLIS, TX -- The Montgomery County Narcotics Enforcement Team (MOCONET) recently conducted a successful operation following a tip from the Multi-County Crime Stoppers. The information provided led investigators to secure a narcotics search warrant for a residence located near the 13000 block of Falling Oaks Drive in Willis, Texas.

On May 29, 2026, members of the Montgomery County Narcotics Enforcement Team, with assistance from Homeland Security Investigations, executed the search warrant at the residence. During the search, investigators discovered and seized 136 grams of THC, a pistol, and a large sum of US currency.

As a result of the investigation and the items recovered at the scene, 17-year-old Alan Lopez was arrested. Lopez was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and has been charged with Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a first-degree felony.

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office extends its gratitude to the anonymous tipster who reported this illegal activity.
