Montgomery County SWAT, U.S. Marshals Task Force Arrest Multiple Wanted Fugitives

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- This week, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Operators, deputized as Task Force Officers with the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force, successfully apprehended several wanted fugitives.

Among those arrested were 34-year-old Joseph Vivion, wanted for five counts of Possession of Child Pornography, 23-year-old Kerry Moore Jr, wanted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Violation of a Protective Order; and 35-year-old Trevor Hacker, wanted for Burglary of Habitation with Intent to Commit other Felony.

All suspects were taken into custody without incident and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office commends the professionalism and precision of its SWAT Operators for safely bringing these individuals into custody. These successful arrests reflect more than a decade of strong partnership with the United States Marshals Service, working side by side to ensure fugitives are brought to justice and our communities remain safe
