CONROE, TX -- A woman has been arrested on a first-degree felony arson charge after investigators determined a house fire in the Harper's Preserve neighborhood was intentionally set.

Just before 10:00 p.m. on July 2, the Montgomery County Emergency Communications Center received multiple 911 calls reporting a house fire in the Harper's Preserve subdivision.
