“We understand that unanswered questions or small barriers can sometimes delay a student’s decision to enroll or complete registration,” said Dr. Juan Lebron, LSC-Montgomery vice president of student success. “The good news is that students do not have to navigate the next step alone. Our team is ready to answer questions, address concerns, and connect students with the appropriate campus resources to help them move forward.”

“If there’s one thing I’ve learned in life, it’s that success doesn’t start when life gets easier,” said Sanchez-Viera, an LSC-Montgomery student who has earned an Associate of Arts degree. “It starts the moment you decide that quitting is no longer an option, even when it’s hard, even when it’s uncomfortable, even when you’re not sure how it’s all going to work out.” Sanchez-Viera plans to transfer to a four-year university and pursue a career in advocacy, with the long- term goal of attending law school.
