Paving the Way: Precinct 3 handling dozens of road projects

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The office of Montgomery County Precinct 3 Commissioner Ritch Wheeler has taken great pride – and great lengths – in tackling the myriad of major and minor mobility and infrastructure issues that come with a Township that’s as old as Saturday Night Live.

Precinct 3 construction, maintenance, and repair crews have already tackled 87 capital improvement projects that have been funded to the tune of $70,864,707. Projects include:
