Woodlands Man Wanted on Additional Child Pornography Charges Following ICAC Investigation

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- In July 2026, Constable Ryan Gable’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit executed a residential search warrant at Noel Dwayne Walker’s residence in The Woodlands, Texas, during an investigation involving alleged child sexual abuse material.

Walker was arrested at the residence and initially charged with five counts of Possession of Child Pornography and one count of Promotion or Possession of a Child-Like Sex Doll. Walker was booked into the Montgomery County Jail and later released on bond.

Following a more extensive forensic examination of electronic devices seized during the investigation, Pct. 3 ICAC detectives located additional alleged child sexual abuse material. Noel Dwayne Walker is now wanted on two additional counts of Possession with Intent to Promote Child Pornography involving material depicting the sexual assault of children younger than 10.

Walker has been known to frequent the Cypresswood and Louetta areas of north Harris County. He has reportedly been seen driving:

A 2024 black Ford pickup, Texas plate VRF-4301

A 2012 silver Jeep SUV, Texas plate RDG-3810
