Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Group Welcomes Dr. Nick Hayden to Conroe Practice

CONROE, TX -- Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Group is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Nick Hayden to its medical team in Conroe. A dedicated and compassionate physician, Dr. Hayden brings a wealth of clinical expertise and a proactive, data-driven approach to primary care.

Dr. Hayden specializes in comprehensive patient care, focusing on preventative health, managing chronic conditions—including hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol and obesity—as well as treating substance use disorder. Beyond standard consultations, he is skilled in various clinical procedures, such as large joint injections, skin biopsies, cryotherapy and point-of-care ultrasound.

Dr. Hayden’s practice is uniquely informed by his background in Bioinformatics from the University of Saint Thomas in Houston. This academic foundation allows him to analyze health risks on a broader, population-health level, ensuring he provides proactive, evidence-based care for every individual he treats.

A standout in his field, Dr. Hayden was recognized as Intern of the Year in 2023 and Resident of the Year in 2024. He also served as Chief Resident for the 2024-2025 academic year. He earned his medical degree from the Long School of Medicine in San Antonio and completed his residency in Family Medicine at SSM Health in Oklahoma City.
