Willis Man Arrested, Charged With Possession of Child Pornography After Montgomery County ICAC Investigation
WILLIS, TX -- A Willis man has been arrested and charged with Possession of Child Pornography following an investigation by the Montgomery County Precinct 1 Constable's Office Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force.
In late August 2026, Sgt. Jerry Serratt of the Precinct 1 ICAC Unit received a CyberTip reporting that an individual was in possession of child sexual abuse material. During the investigation, Sgt. Serratt learned the resident at the location was a registered sex offender and obtained a search warrant for the home.
On September 10, 2026, the Montgomery County ICAC Task Force served the warrant. The team included the Constable's Offices for Precincts 1, 2, 3, and 5, along with the Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigations Division. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Sex Offender Compliance Unit also assisted.
During the investigation, Lester Musterman was taken into custody and charged with Possession of Child Pornography. He is being held in the Montgomery County Jail with no bond.
The investigation remains ongoing and is being handled by the Montgomery County ICAC Task Force in coordination with the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office.
