Team Abilities Hosts Neon Rodeo Prom Event

CONROE, TX -- Everybody deserves a chance to dress up, hit the dance floor and experience the fun of PROM!

TEAM Abilities will host its Neon Rodeo Prom on Friday, September 25, from 5–7 p.m. at TEAM Abilities, 8448 Hwy 242, Conroe, Texas 77385.

The event is FREE and open to members of the IDD community, offering an inclusive evening filled with dinner, dancing, games, music, friendship and plenty of Neon Rodeo fun.

“Prom is one of those experiences everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy,” said Rachel Jelks, Founder and Executive Director of TEAM Abilities. “Our Neon Rodeo Prom is about opening the doors, turning up the music and giving members of our IDD community a place where they can celebrate, have fun and simply be themselves.”

Guests are encouraged to come ready to dance and enjoy a playful combination of rodeo style and neon sparkle — cowboy hats, boots, bright colors and plenty of personality are welcome.

There is no admission charge for members of the special needs community.

TEAM Abilities is an HCS provider serving adults with special needs through ISS and Community Living care and regularly creates opportunities that promote inclusion, friendship, independence and community participation.
