Lone Star College Foundation to host 33rd annual Golf Tournament Nov. 16, 2026

HOUSTON, TX -- Registration is now open for Lone Star College Foundation’s 33rd annual Drive for Scholarships Golf Tournament. The Nov. 16 event will feature a day of friendly competition and scholarship fundraising at The Woodlands Country Club.

Last year’s event raised a record-breaking $202,085 to support student scholarships and programming at Lone Star College System.

"Scholarships give students the opportunity to work hard, succeed and give back to the community without the burden of debt,” said Jeanne Toth, 2026 Golf Tournament chair. “They also provide the confidence to pursue their dreams, knowing someone believes in them and is cheering them on. That is why I proudly support LSC Foundation and am honored to serve as Chair of the 33rd annual Golf Tournament. I hope you'll join us for a fun and meaningful day of golf that makes a lasting impact on student success."

The event will kick off at 9 a.m. with registration, breakfast, putting and chipping contests, and practice. Participants will also enjoy contests throughout the day, lunch, a golf clinic from 2-4 p.m., and an awards ceremony and reception to close out the day.
