Market Street Encourages Local Nonprofits to Apply for 2027 Change for Charities Program

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Market Street has a more than 20-year legacy of giving back to the community it serves with its Change for Charity program. Now Market Street is reaching out to local nonprofits to encourage them to apply by October 31, 2026, for consideration as a 2027 Change for Charities recipient.

Since 2018, Market Street’s Change for Charity has directed more than $350,000 to organizations that support and strengthen the community.

Nonprofits can apply to receive Change for Charity funds during the first, second and third quarters. The fourth quarter Change for Charity recipient is the winning choir program at The Sing-Off, a holiday-themed competition between several high school choirs from The Woodlands and Houston.

“It is our privilege to be able to support our community through Change for Charity,” said John Pearson, Marketing Director at Market Street. “We hope to be able to continue making a powerful impact right here in our hometown.”

Current recipients for 2026 include Community Assistance Center, Keep Us Fed Montgomery County, and The Woodland’s Children’s Museum.
