MISD's The DEN: For Lunch?
Diners LtoR: Kayla Whitley, Sandy and Bob Schneider, are backed up by Chef Dennis Kozak, and his students who cooked and served dishes to diners at the 1pm lunch session at Montgomery ISDs ‘Café at the Den;’ located inside the CTE Center in Montgomery, on November 14th
The Chicken Piccata with fettuccine dish prepared by the students of the ‘Café at the Den’ will enlighten you as to the talents that MISD culinary lab students maintain
The Lemon Panna Cotta dessert was sweet and tart and brought a lovely ending to the meal
The Café at the Den pasta sells for $5.00 per bag, and proceeds go right back into the program to source ingredients
