THE WOODLANDS, TX – With Thanksgiving fast approaching, The Woodlands Resort is sharing two festive, standout dine-in holiday offerings available to local guests this year.

Back Table will offer a Thanksgiving Day plated special on Thanksgiving Thursday, November 27, from 5 - 6 p.m. for only $36 a plate, featuring chef-driven twists on classic holiday dishes from Chef Ivan Rodriguez. The menu includes: sous vide lemon thyme turkey breast with giblet gravy; green bean casserole with shiitake and enoki mushrooms; confit garlic smashed potatoes; roasted apple cornbread dressing crouton; cranberry-jalapeño jam; hot honey corn bread; smoked bourbon pecan pie; and house mimosa.

Whether local couples and families want to ditch the holiday stress and check in for a long weekend or overnight staycation, or pop by for just dinner, the Turkey Day special is available to everyone. Also on The Woodlands Resort’s campus, Harrison’s is offering a luxurious Thanksgiving Day brunch to kick off the holiday in style. Chef Enrique Perez is offering a robust selection of crowd-pleasing dishes at a curated buffet ideal for families and groups from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Highlights include: carved turkey with bourbon giblet gravy; dry mustard–rubbed strip loin; prosciutto-wrapped apricot chicken roulade; seafood station with oysters, shrimp and crab; sushi rolls, pasta station, salad bar and kids’ corner; and an extensive dessert spread, including a customizable mini bundt cake station. The price for this festive feast is $95 per adult; $48 per child aged 5 - 12.
