The doors are beautiful, but they leak cold air around the windows and in the middle of the double doors. The latches on the window do not open to allow for easy opening to clean the windows. Requests to repair/replace the seals and fix the window problems have been largely ignored. Service dates have been set up with no-shows. Repeated excuses and promises to set service dates.
