Question
I sent an email to a Woodlands Online administrator, but never received a response. Why don't I receive an email response from Woodlands Online?

 At Woodlands Online, every email is important to us. We work hard to make sure every email is responded to in a timely manner to take care of your questions, concerns or requests. We appreciate the time you take to contact us, and we work hard to return that courtesy to you. 

If you do not see a response from Woodlands Online within a 24 hour time period, check your junk email folder or your spam box. If you haven't recognized our emails as safe, they usually are sent automatically to spam or junk. Once you retrieve the email, make sure to let your email provider know that this is a safe contact so future emails will show up in your inbox, instead of junk or spam.
