Ratings of Bradbury Brothers Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

Our upstairs air conditioning was blowing but the air was not cold. I called Bradbury Brothers at 6 pm on a Thursday and they were able to have a tech come out by 7:30 pm. Unfortunately, the unit needed a new TXV valve. Eric explained the issue very well and it was too complex of a repair to begin that night. He pumped in some coolant which helped us be comfortable through the night. When I called at 7:30 am the next morning, Kayla and Amanda in the office had already called Carrier and gotten the part under my warranty. A senior tech named James completed the replacement around 3pm on Friday. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. Bradbury Brothers was responsive, friendly, and went the extra mile in getting our unit diagnosed and fixed as quickly as possible! I would recommend them wholeheartedly for any HVAC needs - so much so that we joined the Platinum Service Club!
