Just had a very unprofessional and disrespectful interaction with the person who is supposedly the owner Handman Pro LLC, Tom Gancel.

I was parked in my car at the Alden Bridge Shopping Center having a conversation on the phone when I hear a loud thud caused by this Tom slamming his door into my car. Not realizing I was in the car Tom walked off and when I exited my vehicle to see if there was any damage him he brushed me off stating “I’ve got plastic doors buddy get over it”.

I replied to Tom by stating that’s besides the point. As I was looking at the scratch he caused I told him the least I expected was an apology, but he ignored me and kept walking. If the first thing he had said was “Oops sorry about that” I wouldn’t be writing this review, however the disrespect projected towards myself and my car has me concerned about what he does when someone isn’t looking.

If this is how Tom Gancel conducts himself in public I cannot imagine what corners he cuts or mistakes he will try to hide while doing work carelessly in your home or commercial building.
