This was my first and last time doing business here. I brought my car in because my brake lights were staying engaged even when the car was off. They ran diagnostics and determined it was the brake light switch. I already knew this was the problem. The quote they gave me was $480.25. I had researched the typical cost and knew it should not cost more than $200. I called NTB and they quoted me a ballpark of $180 -$200 not knowing the ven number of the vehicle. Then I called the dealership that knew the ven number and quoted me $164. I then went to pick up my car and was charged $164.00 diagnostic fee.

Most service repair companies charge a diagnostic fee and then waive the fee if you choose to have the work done with them. This is not the case with Rooster Ridge. They add the diagnostic fee to the service. Also there diagnostic fee is double what the dealership charges.
