The Manager, Serena, is an insulting, rude and obnoxious liar. Their work isn't even subpar it's a hatchet job. I paid more than triple what the required work would have been elsewhere on my daughter's vehicle, and directly after getting it out of their shop it had to be taken elsewhere. Rooster Ridge's mechanics (if you can call them that) failed to correctly reconnect various components and parts including my daughter's A/C cables--and the A/C had NOTHING to do with what they were supposed to have worked on. I had to pay another mechanic to reconnect all of the loose cables and buy a new A/C compressor! Serena even posts positive reviews on other nationwide sites, posing as a satisfied client. This should speak volumes about their trustworthiness! BEWARE OF THESE CON ARTISTS AND AVOID THEM OR IT WILL COST YOU BIG BUCKS AND MUCH HARDSHIP!
