I bought online the necessary things needed for my grandson to have so he could begin band this year at Hofius Intermediate school in Klein ISD. Everything was promised to be delivered to the school before school started. He received everything except his trumpet and his metronome. After trying a long two weeks or so, his trumpet was finally delivered. The semester is almost over and he still doesn't have the metronome. This is unacceptable. The store claims that it isn't their problem because I ordered on line. They gave me a number to call for the person who handles deliveries and he says the metronomes were on backorder but that he was making a delivery to the school the next day and if I had paid for it my grandson would get one. That was two weeks ago. I sent him a copy of my receipt and still no metronome.
