What do I do if the seller doesn't respond to my e-mail?
 
Answer
If the seller is not responding to your email, there is not much we can do. If you think there is a problem, you can contact a Classifieds Administrator.
    » First, check the ad for other contact information
If the seller is not responding to your email, but they provide other contact information, try that.
    » If you think there is an email problem
Sometimes, sellers input their email address wrong on accident. Or email service providers' spam blocker software occasionally interrupts email. Or maybe your response sounded like an out-of-country spammer and not a neighbor? If you think there may be a problem, you can report it to a Classifieds Administrator.
