WoodsEdge Community Church is seeking passionate, service-minded individuals to join our Bring Hope Summer Internship with WE Missions. This 12-week internship (20 hrs/week May 19th-August 8th) is designed to equip and empower young adults who have a heart for missions and a desire to serve both locally and globally.

Support the WE Missions team in planning and executing local outreach and global missions
initiatives
• Participate in hands-on ministry opportunities within the Houston area and potentially support
teams engaging in global missions
• Help coordinate mission trips, outreach events, and other service opportunities
• Gain ministry experience through mentorship, spiritual development, and leadership training
• Engage with church members, mission partners, and community organizations to extend the love
and hope of Christ
• Participate in regular 1:1 meeting with Missions staff
• Participate in regular serving opportunities as requested by staff team on Sunday mornings and
Wednesday nights
• Attend ministry team meetings as scheduled/requested

HS diploma or equivalent
• Exploring call to vocational ministry
• Demonstrated faithful, available and teachable attitude
• Sound judgment, adaptability, flexibility, and creative problem solving when confronted with
changing and challenging circumstances
• Demonstrated professionalism and work ethic
• A team player who can anticipate what needs to be done and do it willingly, regardless of the level of
the task
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Availability of working flexible
