Apply for Clubhouse and Front Desk Staff
** PART-TIME : 10-20 hrs/wk (occasionally 25-30 hrs)**
This will be a primarily weekend position (Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays). You must be
available to work 3 weekends per month (doesn't mean you'll work all days on those
weekends). It’s strongly preferred that you have availability for at least 1-2 weekdays (Mon-Thur). The more availability you have during the week, the more likely it is to receive additional hours. The standard hours we staff the Clubhouse are as follows:
- 9am-7pm on Fridays/Saturdays
- 12-6pm on Sundays
- 7am-5pm Mon-Thur
We also host quite a few private parties that run later than the times listed above and a
staff member is required to be present. Therefore, a shift could go as late as midnight, depending on the time reserved by the party. The higher pay rate applies for parties outside of our normal working hours.
** Compensation **
$13-$14/hr: Regular hour shifts.
$15-$17/hr: Working private parties outside of normal staff hrs (occurs ~2-3x/month).
Job Description:
The Clubhouse Staff's priority is ensuring that residents have an exceptional experience at the Clubhouse, which includes a Fitness Center, Pool, Pavilion and private party event space. Clubhouse Staff are responsible for monitoring the mentioned amenities and enforcing rules and policies. The Staff is also responsible for performing opening/closing duties, providing customer service and maintaining the resort like atmosphere of the Clubhouse. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Greet residents as they enter.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas of the Clubhouse, including the Fitness Center, Pavilion, Kitchen, Pool Deck, etc.
• Perform opening and closing duties per shift.
• Restock kitchen items (i.e. bottled water and coffee supplies).
• Open and close umbrellas by the pool.
• Perform administrative duties, including issuing access cards and processing private party reservations.
• Work private parties and provide assistance where needed.
• **This is not a 100% desk job. About 50% of your time will be spent at the desk
providing customer service & the other 50% of your time will be spent walking
around the property to ensure everything is clean, organized, working properly and
talking to residents.
Possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Perform duties that include walking, bending & kneeling.
• Must be able to organize/clean facility.
• Ability to repetitively lift and carry a minimum of 25 lbs (i.e. room set up/clean up, carrying cases of water, putting dumbbells back in the proper location, etc)
• Able to work to work independently and find things to do without direct supervision.
