The Team Lead assists in the daily operations of the skating rink by supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe, fun and welcoming environment for guests. This role bridges communication between management and frontline employees, while also taking an active role in rink operations.


Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in recreation, hospitality, or customer service.

Strong communication and problem - solving skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high energy or stressful situations.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
