This role bridges communication between management and frontline employees, while also taking an active role in rink operations.

Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in recreation, hospitality, or customer service.

Strong communication and problem - solving skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high energy or stressful situations.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
