SUMMARY:
A Document/Mail Processor is responsible for opening, sorting, date stamping, routing, and distributing all incoming mail in a timely and efficient manner. This position is also responsible for effectively scanning and attaching documents received via mail or electronically into company agency management system for agents and company personnel to review and/or process. The main focus of a Document/mail Processor is to ensure effective and efficient document and mail disbursement to promote the growth and profitability of TWFG.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Retrieve and deliver mail to/from mail center, including daily PO Box retrieval.
• Open, sort, date stamp, distribute all mail to various departments & perform weekly mailroom inventory.
• Scan and attach documents in agency management system.
• Photocopy documents as needed.
• Process Underwriting Proof of Mailing for cancellations and outgoing policy/notices daily.
• Download documents from carrier website, appropriately label and attach it within the agency management system.
• Perform other duties as assigned & mailroom supply inventory.
