Job Description

Doctor’s Inc is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our
dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building brand
awareness and engaging with audiences through innovative social media strategies.

Develop and execute social media marketing plans across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create engaging, original content including graphics, videos, and text to increase follower engagement and brand loyalty.
Monitor social media trends and leverage insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and events.
Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to measure the success and ROI of campaigns.
Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
Google Ads management
Experience with Squarespace as it is the host for our website.


1. Strategy Development:

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's brand identity, objectives, and target audience.
  • Collaborate with other marketing and sales teams to integrate social media with all marketing efforts.


  2. Content Creation and Management:

  • Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure regular content is posted according to schedule.
  • Design and implement social media campaigns and strategies to promote products, services, or events.
  • Curate relevant content to share on various social media platforms.

3. Community Engagement:

  • Foster a positive community environment and manage all community communications.
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.

4. Influencer Collaboration:

  • Identify and engage with influencers and key community leaders to extend brand reach and credibility.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers and monitor their deliverables.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns and understand the impact on overall marketing efforts.
  • Regularly analyze competitor social media strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.

6. Customer Service:

  • Oversee social customer service strategies and ensure customer issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor social media platforms for any negative feedback and address issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.

7. Budget Management:

  • Manage the budget allocated for social media advertising and ensure that spending is in line with overall marketing goals.
  • Optimize spending based on performance metrics and campaign outcomes.

8. Training and Development:

  • Stay updated on the latest social media platforms and tools to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Train other team members on best practices for social media marketing.

Skills Required


  •  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  •  Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
  •  Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
  •  Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


  •  Creativity and ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
  •  Strong organizational and project management skills.
  •  Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  •  Experience with social media ads management and optimization.
