We are seeking a nurturing and energetic Lead Teacher to guide and care for a class of 2-year-olds. Responsibilities include planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment, supporting the achievement of developmental milestones, and communicating effectively with families and staff. Must have experience with toddlers and a passion for early childhood education. 

The applicant must be patient and compassionate, with a calm and nurturing approach to support the emotional needs of others. Also needs to be creative, flexible, and be able to maintain a clear and positive communication with children, parents, and team members. 

Teamwork vision to collaborate effectively with assistants and other staff.
