The Facial Refinery, a luxurious but approachable aesthetic center in Spring, TX is growing, and we’re looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to join our small, tight-knit and hard-working team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting during injectable and skin treatments

Scribing during consultations so providers can stay fully focused

Taking high-quality and consistent before-and-after photos

Cleaning and resetting rooms thoroughly between patients

Keeping treatment areas clean, organized, and fully stocked

Occasionally supporting front desk operations (check-in/out, scheduling, transactions) as needed

Reviewing pre- and post-care instructions with patients

Accurately documenting treatments and uploading photos in the EMR

Assisting with inventory tracking, supply orders, and product organization

Following infection control protocols

Maintaining HIPAA compliance and protecting patient privacy

Sharing basic product or treatment knowledge to support patient education

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

Are a Certified Medical Assistant (required)

Have experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery (preferred but not required)

Are hard-working, highly dependable, and detail-oriented.

Communicate clearly, professionally, and with warmth

Have strong writing and grammar skills, especially for documentation and patient communication

Are open to feedback and genuinely want to improve

Take initiative and find pride in doing things right the first time

Are looking for a long-term role on a small team that values quality over quantity
