Accounts Payable Specialist
Seeking a qualified Accounts Payable specialist with experience or certification in Quickbooks.
Candidate must have strong math skills, able to execute accurate data entry, and pay attention to processes and details. Candidate will be receiving, entering, and paying invoices for four major construction and development projects. Individual must be highly organized and efficient. This is a full-time salaried position with a minimum of 40 hrs./week in person requirements at our Woodlands location. Paid vacation/time-off/paid holidays are included in the offer. Heath insurance stipend also provided (we do not offer company health insurance).
Basic Skills:
Quickbooks (mandatory experience or certification) Math, Strong Organizational Skills
Advanced Skills:
Accounting/Finance Degree, AP Experience, Construction Knowledge
