Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires strong time management skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in various office software applications. The Office Assistant will play a key role in maintaining office efficiency and supporting staff with administrative tasks.

Duties
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Cold / Warm calling to request and schedule quotes and services.
• Greet people as they come & go from the office.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records within the company CRM.
• Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
• Support office management tasks including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time.

Skills Required

Requirements

• Must be self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Call center or cold calling experience.
• Insurance License or experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
