Sideline Spirit is a boutique cheerleading company located in Spring, TX that specializes in game day cheer. We have been around for 12 + years and are committed to the development of athletes both on and beyond the sidelines. We achieve this through effective coaching and the encouragement of leadership and service throughout the year.

We are looking to add to our team and are looking for individuals that love children, are passionate, driven, professional, dedicated and willing to learn. As a Sideline Spirit cheer and tumbling instructor, you will coach children ages 4+ in the sport of cheer and tumbling, working with them on multiple aspects including tumbling, motion technique, voice projection, jump technique, spirit, dance and game day presence. Many students that take recreational classes at our facility are looking to tryout and make their school team. Our goal is to assist them with this effort by preparing them for tryouts and strengthening their skills. While our teams are non-competitive, we believe in quality coaching and providing all of our athletes with a strong foundation and the tools that they need to be successful in the sport of cheerleading. We also offer unique performance opportunities for team kiddos each season. In addition to coaching weekly classes, you will help staff camps and clinics that we offer seasonally.

$18-$20 per hour
