Job Title: Part-Time Property Maintenance Worker

Location: Magnolia & Montgomery, TX

Hours: 10–20 hours per week (Flexible Schedule)

Overview:
Seeking a reliable, hands-on Property Maintenance Worker to help keep our commercial and office properties in excellent condition. This role involves a variety of indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks to ensure our tenants enjoy clean, safe, and well-maintained spaces.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance inside and outside of buildings

Complete light plumbing repairs

Prepare office suites for new tenants (“make ready” work)

Paint and texture as needed

Power wash exterior areas (Mostly Small Jobs)

Maintain schedule for changing HVAC air filters

Replace light bulbs and ballasts as needed

Clean gutters and perform seasonal property upkeep

Monitor property conditions and report issues promptly

Qualifications:

Previous general maintenance or handyman experience preferred

Basic skills in plumbing, painting, and general repairs

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Must have reliable transportation to travel between Magnolia and Montgomery properties

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed

Dependable and detail-oriented

Schedule & Pay:

10–20 hours per week with a flexible schedule

Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Property Maintenance - Light Maintenance of several commercial buildings. Interior and exterior. Must have reliable transportation. Having your own tools is a plus.
