Prime General Agency is seeking a motivated and energetic Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This role emphasizes sales and growth, while also focusing on serving and retaining existing clients.
Day-to-day responsibilities include quoting and selling new business policies, providing excellent service to existing customers, cross-selling accounts into additional lines of coverage, and preparing customers for renewal. This is a full-time, permanent position in a supportive and positive environment.

Texas Property & Casualty License preferred (we will help the right candidate obtain one if not already licensed)

Knowledge of personal lines coverages

Strong communication skills (written and verbal), including professional phone etiquette

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

$45,000 – $55,000 annually, DOE
