Inside Sales Assistant: Plastic Seals, Bearings and Machined Precision Parts

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Management, Build and matain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Determine customer needs and provide quotations on products that align wiht our prodcut offerinhg. 
• Support sales and marketimg both internal.
• Prepare quotations and othe literrature to sales teams.
• Must be details oriented and accuarate in data entry
• Can Muti-Task in busy environment
• Good communications skills and can resolve problems when theuic arise.

 

                                               Required Skills and Qualifications 

• Excellent Verbal and written  communication skills
• Experience dealing with B2B Customers in North America and Abroad 
• Technical apptitude, helpfulll in dealing purchasing & engineerig
• Knows Xcel and Quick Books wellom and our Pay Pal
• Wiilingness to collaborate with vendors and customers
•  Problem solvinmg apptitibe 
• B2B Sales experience helpful
• If you have worked in Plastics, Rubber, Injection Molding  - Helpfull
• Must allocate time for training
