This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, solve problems in the field, and take pride in clean, professional work.

Responsibilities
Punch-out work (trim, drywall, paint, adjustments)
Small service jobs and repairs
Light carpentry, minor plumbing/electrical
Job site cleanliness and professionalism
Communicate with PMs and homeowners
Requirements
3+ years handyman or construction experience
Reliable transportation and basic tools
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail

Carpentry, painting, and drywall.
