Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license/certification as required by state regulations.
Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, materials, and infection control protocols.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to train, mentor, and coach dental assistants.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with dental practice management software and electronic health records.
Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and CDC guidelines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
Experience with chairside assisting in general and specialty dental procedures.
Ability to manage clinical inventory and order supplies.
Experience coordinating treatment rooms and maintaining equipment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to provide exceptional patient care and ensure a positive patient experience.
